Meet Zoë Saint-Paul
Zoë Saint-Paul is a professional coach, consultant and writer.
Zoë is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). She holds two undergraduate degrees in psychology and public relations, and a Master’s degree in counseling. She coaches women, couples, executives, organizations and groups and has given nationwide retreats, conferences and workshops.
A former radio host and producer, Zoë was a professional stage actor and has appeared on national television. She has worked in communications, media, public relations, event planning and non-profit development. Her long list of work experiences includes: harried waitress, sweaty street vendor, tired nanny, bored telemarketer, and dreamer of better days.
Zoë grew up the eldest of ten in Nova Scotia, Canada, and has since lived throughout North America. Her passions and interests are diverse—the Slow Food movement, arts & culture, health & wellness, urban regeneration, current affairs, human rights, and any book by Ruth Reichl. She is married and currently lives in Baltimore, MD.
Zoë coaches clients around the world; by phone and email, as well as in person. She consults for non-profit organizations and her freelance articles appear in national publications and online. She is working on her first book.
